Due to the current COVID 19-pandemic, the business meeting was held virtually on Tuesday, November 10 at 5:30 PM.

Board of Directors Election
Current Directors are as follows:
President Scott Shipman, Chairman Herman Meyer, Vice Chairman Mark Brosz, Secretary Kevin Easley, Mike Shannon, Roger Eskildsen, Vicky Ginder, Jacob Schweitzer, and our newest Director, Mae Miles, who filled a board vacancy in 2020.
Congratulatinos to the following for being selected to the Board of Directors for another 3 year term:
- MARK BROSZ – Mark is a native of Mason City and has been the owner/operator of Brosz Transmissions in Rock Falls since 1992. He was elected to the board in 1998 and was Audit Chair in 2009. He now holds the seat of Vice Chairman of the board.
- ROGER ESKILDSEN – Roger is a life-long resident of Mason City and former owner of Budget Glass. He sold that business in 2000. He was elected to the board and has served on the credit committee since 1995.
- JACOB SCHWEITZER – Jacob has been a member of NICCU since 2008. He is very involved in the community, serving on several city committees, the Iowa Professional Firefighters and a Director with the Mason City Community School District. He is a retired Mason City Firefighter and currently a Fire Protection Field Analyst with Verisk/ISO and owner of J&J Medical providing safety training and equipment sales across the Midwest.
